I sold commercial, investment, and residential real estate in Whatcom County for 32 years. I managed and consulted both commercial and major residential firms, along with being a state certified instructor. For the past 11 years, I have represented owners before the Whatcom County Assessor and Board of Equalization. I have prevailed on 94% of my appeals, winning 6 million dollars in value reductions in 2023.

There is NO RISK to my clients because I only get paid if I succeed in obtaining a reduction. I only represent appeals that I am confident are winnable. My fee is half the first year’s reduction in taxes, with future savings going totally to the owner.
